Include the return authorization number with your returned merchandise. Once the merchandise is received at AWE*SUM COMPUTERS, a check for your entire purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be placed in the mail within 5 business days.

One Year Warranty: AWE*SUM COMPUTERS includes a one year warranty on all parts. Should any installed part fail within one year of the ship date, simply call 1-877 AWESUM 1 to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the defective part. Include the return authorization number with your returned merchandise. Once the merchandise is received at AWE*SUM COMPUTERS, will replace or repair the part, based on availability, for just the cost of shipping. If an exact replacement is no longer available, AWE*SUM COMPUTERS will replace the defective part with an equal or better part. The one-year warranty is void if any parts are defective due to carelessness or abuse or if the terms of this warranty are not followed.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: At AWE*SUM COMPUTERS we use only new parts from name brand manufacturers. Most manufacturers offer their own warranty on their parts. We supply all necessary paperwork, when appropriate, for you to use to register your parts with the manufacturers.
